Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Please note we are not responsible for any potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.

domestic shipping rates

For simple flat rate ground shipping: We offer $25 flat rate shipping to anywhere in the Continental US. FREE SHIPPING for orders over $250.

  • $75 Flat rate shipping for overnight

  • $50 Flat rate shipping for next day

  • $40 Flat rate shipping for second day

local delivery and in store pickup

All Juice Mafia items are available for in-store pickup. For apparel orders we will contact you when it is ready for pickup.

Free local delivery is available for orders over $500 within 10 miles. Local delivery is $10 within 10 miles and $15 for anywhere in South Florida.  

Deliveries are made on Tuesday and Friday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

how do i check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within X days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

shipping to p.o. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.

refunds, returns, and exchanges

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you are unhappy with your order in anyway we encourage you to contact us promptly so that we can get the issue addressed and resolved.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
